Primarily, each of us has one tempo that we use for the vast majority of our adult life. It indicates a large chunk of our foundational attributes — our home base. It has a major influence on our strong points and our likely hurdles in life.

These tempos can give you additional clues and understanding about your team, your client or the prospect you’re meeting for the first time. They can also help you bring any project – big or small – to a successful conclusion.

What’s fascinating and surprising is that there are only six tempos!

In this 1–2 hour workshop, you will discover which tempo is your home base and how to better understand and work with others who may or may not see the world the way you do. Spoiler alert: no one tempo is better than the others.

You will also discover how to consciously adopt other tempo/temperaments and learn to use their best attributes to expand your life-set of capabilities.
